A subdivision is the when a tract of land is carved up into smaller tracts that are easier to develop or to sell. A subdivision can range from two to hundreds of tracts of land. These can be for residential or commercial development. Developing subdivision requires meeting not only the State requirements but also getting approval from city and county agencies. Jeff will guide your project from inception to completion and ensure that it goes as smoothly as possible.
