ALTA Land Title Survey
An ALTA (American Land Title Association) Land Title Survey is required by many Title Companies, Financial Lenders or Investors. These surveys are usually performed on commercial property, but can be performed on any type of property. They are performed to predetermined Standards along with options requirements to fit each entities specific needs. If you would like a lump sum quote on having an ALTA survey performed, please include the Table “A” optional requirements.
