Cornerstone Surveying, Inc. was started in October 2006, by Jeff and Stacy Hall, after seeing the need for high quality, cost effective surveying services that are delivered on time. We are a family run business that services both big and small clients.
Cornerstone Surveying utilizes modern up to date equipment and software to provide their clients with high quality, reliable and cost effective services.
When Jeff and Stacy started Cornerstone Surveying, they not only envisioned a company that provided high quality surveying services but also gave their clients excellent customer service. Jeff will take the time to listen to your needs and answer any questions that you may have. Should you have any questions during the project, you will be able to contact us anytime, including evenings and weekends.
Jeffrey (Jeff) S. Hall runs the day to day operations for Cornerstone Surveying, Inc. and is a Vice President of the company. He is a licensed Land Surveyor in the State of Iowa (LS) and has worked in both the private and governmental sectors during his career. Jeff holds a degree in Civil and Construction Engineering Technology from Hawkeye Community College in Waterloo, Iowa. He began his career as a civil technician/rodman and quickly progressed up to Land Surveyor / Survey Manager of a multi-state engineering firm. Along the way, Jeff spent three years working for a County Engineers Office in central Iowa.
Stacy Hall is the President and CEO of Cornerstone Surveying, Inc. Stacy holds an AAS in Computer Programming from Indian Hills Community College in Ottumwa, Iowa. Stacy is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She manages the financial operations and is involved in the development and overseeing of business strategies and procedures. Drawing upon her 15 years of experience in the Information Technology and business sectors, Stacy makes sure our processes and procedures are streamlined and to the current standards. Stacy’s experience, knowledge and training allows Cornerstone Surveying to provide our clients with projects that are managed correctly and efficiently.
